The housing complex in its second phase, under the isolated housing scheme with direct contact with the public highway, encourages dialogue with the city. Three houses were developed through a scheme of visual divisions, privacy is maintained inside, allowing the passage of lighting and natural cross ventilation. It was developed under technical parameters of bioclimatic taking advantage of the climatological benefits.

Located on a terrain with various slopes, it was sought to take advantage of the use of space and views to the outside. Some details of traditional materiality are implanted, such as the apparent brick, a gesture of dialogue not only with its context, but also with the local workforce.
