This house was 10 years old, it was in a closed subdivision, since its inception it was never inhabited and after some time it had been abandoned. Installations that never worked and a bad construction technique was a great challenge to make it habitable again. The basic objectives to be pursued were technically to identify the state of the slab since very evident cracks were observed, the different humidity levels, scattered not only in the under slab, but also in the walls and a series of actions of both electrical and hydraulic installations that had to be resolved.
As a spatial improvement, a series of openings were developed both inside and outside, a series of gestures that were repeated in the gates and through these a dialogue between the natural and the built. Windows, low walls and walls were modified looking for flexibility and efficiency between spaces, improving people's living.
